Bob Widener and Erin Widener are a dad/daughter team that focus on maximaizing the livabilty of every home we build or remodel. What is Livability? Livability is how efficiently and enjoyably you can do what you need to do to manage your family's day-to-day activities based on the features and floor plan your home provides.
We optimize space and functionality and believe that creative ideas don't necessarily have to add a lot of expense. We take the best ideas that we have learned through the years and combine them with today's trends and technologies.
None of these ideas are rocket science, but each of them is building science. When you put them all together, you get a well-planned house that has optimal livability to make your life easier.
1.A voided area under the landing providing space for a cubby system for shoes and bookbags was conveniently located near the family entrance to keep things organized! 2. Keyless entries make coming and going easy while managing groceries, bookbags, umbrellas and mail! 3. Voided space under the stairs was a great place for a toddler's coat closet.
